
Hundreds of adults and children from socially vulnerable families from all over the country will be free to see the opera "Pagliacci" from the repertoire of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre on Sunday, November 20.
This event is held under the project "Opera şi baletul - mai aproape de tine" ("Opera and ballet - closer to you"). According to the theater, only those who are familiar with suffering, will be able to perceive the essence of this masterpiece of world classics.
"Opera" Pagliacci"- not a comedy. This is a tragedy. Its meaning is much deeper. Human eyes peering into the souls of mourners, who know what sorrow. Spectators during viewing can discover the deeper stuff,"- said the first conductor of the theater Andrew Jurkiewicz.
The opera "I Pagliacci" is listed in the repertory for more than 40 years.
"In this setting, the role of Canio will perform the famous tenor Mihai Munteanu National Opera. With him also perform soprano Irina Vinogradova, Boris Materinko, Yuri and Nikolai Gyske Bantu "- said General Director of the National Opera and Ballet Valery Seican.
Theatre Management notes that in the near future will be presented and other projects for the needy.
This cultural event will be held with the support of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, voluntary associations, "New Life" and "Mother of Life" and the sponsor.
